Elderslie Street Renewal,
Winton
Completed
We are pleased to present the Winton project for the renewal of the pavement and bitumen surfacing of the traffic lanes and parking areas of Elderslie Street. The project covered the section of Elderslie Street between the intersection with Werna Street and Oondoroo Street.
In addition to the pavement renewal, the project also involved the reconstruction of the medium strip, including the installation of new kerbing and pedestrian crossings. Furthermore, stormwater drainage modifications were implemented to accommodate the extension of walkways, including the installation of pedestrian-friendly drains between Al Fresco areas and the front walkways. Additionally, underground stormwater drains have been installed to improve the overall drainage system.
This project aimed to enhance the safety and functionality of Elderslie Street for both pedestrians and motorists.
