CES Construction undertook the transformation of a vacant 700m2 space into a cutting-edge office environment designed to make an exceptional first impression of the clientele of a local real estate agent's office, strategically located in the heart of Townsville.

Collaborating closely with renowned architects, MacCallum Planning & Architecture, we meticulously executed the design brief, achieving a harmonious blend of industrial aesthetics and contemporary functionality.

The renovation project was completed in just under three months. The newly revamped office now boasts an array of features including an auction room, distinct reception area, kitchenette, multiple meeting rooms, private offices, and a spacious multi-level open-plan layout capable of accommodating over fifty staff members.

Attention to detail was paramount throughout the project, evident in features such as floor-to-ceiling windows spanning the external facade, elegantly designed wooden ceiling panels with integrated lighting against sleek black ceiling panels, polished concrete floors, and vertical wall paneling in the meeting rooms.

CES maintained regular communication and conducted weekly walkthrough meetings with the client and architects to address any queries or potential concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and successful project delivery.
